FIDE rapidrules are leading

Type of tournament
Swiss system on rating, 7 or 9 rounds, depending on schedule and number of players 30 min per person and game

Categories & Divisions
1 or 2 groups depending on number of players. Women and men will play together.

Days of competition
Friday and saturday

Award ceremony
Depending on number of players there are 3 or 6 medals. Gold, silver and bronze for rating above 1850 and gold, silver and bronze for rating <1850. Depending on number and strength of the players, it can change.

Other important info
Handicapped players are very welcome, we will provide assistance as much as possible! There is an elevator in the building and a special restroom. Please contact us in what way we have to provide assistance so we can prepare us. Visually handicapped players may bring their own chess materials. Only players who can handle their own pieces or take someone with them to move the pieces can participate.
