Opening Ceremony

Imagine if you can, a parade of athletes and prominent Rotterdam homosexuals in all the colours of the rainbow pouring in sportcentre Ahoy. The mayor of Rotterdam Aboutaleb opens the EuroGames 2011 together with presidents, Hans van Dop (EuroGames) and Lou Manders (EGLSF). Following the opening speeches, we will sing the special EuroGames song ‘Show your COLOUR’ as all the flags of the participating countries will be hoisted high above the crowd. After the official opening, the party begins.

But you don’t have to imagine it. Because on Thursday July 21 it will be reality! This is the opening ceremony for the EuroGames 2011!
