The EuroGames go skating

On Wednesday the 20th of July 2011, on the eve of the opening of the EuroGames, the biggest free street skate event in Rotterdam takes place again. This sports and relaxed night out is your warming up for the EuroGames Rotterdam 2011!

Thousands
Since many years tens of thousands of skaters conquer famous Rotterdam places on Wednesday nights such as the Coolsingel, the Kralingse Bos and the Maasboulevard. Wednesday Night Skate is a fun skating tour of approximately 12 kilometres. The route is suitable for all (skilled) skaters, roller skaters and inline skaters.

Spectacle
Departure as well as the festive SKATE JAM activities afterwards will take place at the Binnenrotte (better known as Market Square near Blaak station).

We start rolling at 19:30. The swinging beats, the good grooves and the skaters dressed in their summer outfits will guarantee a relaxed atmosphere and a colourful spectacle. Wednesday Night Skate on the 20th of July is a sports and relaxed night out as well as your warming up for the EuroGames Rotterdam 2011!
